Our Team

Dennis O'Neill
President/Owner

Dennis is responsible for the growth & profitability of TLT which includes managing HR, accounting/banking, payroll, van leasing and insurance. 

​Prior to joining TLT, Dennis’ career in print digital media included roles as President of Integrated Media, President of TV Update Inc., VP/Publisher with The Editor & Publisher Company and GM with a subsidiary of Scripps Howard.  He launched his career in auditing with Chase Manhattan Bank.

​Dennis is a graduate of Marist College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.

Logan O'Neill
​​Vice President

Logan manages the driver associates, dispatchers, and is responsible for the successful delivery of packages.  This includes scheduling of routes, meeting & exceeding Amazon’s requirements for successful deliveries as well as IT enhancements for TLT. 

​Prior to joining TLT Delivery, Logan was in broadcast media sales with The Chive & BrightLine covering accounts such as Toyota, Unilever, GM and Anheuser-Busch. He began his career in the Advertising Agency channel serving as a National Broadcast Buyer with Carat USA & Mindshare managing the General Motors & Macy’s accounts. 

​Logan is a 2011 graduate of Marist College receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Communications.
